How to request deletion

Email info@misfitdate.com from the address associated with your account, using the subject “DELETE ACCOUNT”. Include your nickname, but do not attach identity documents or unnecessary information.

To protect you against fraudulent requests, the request must come from the account’s verified email address. If you no longer have access to it, contact us and explain the issue; proportionate verification may be required.

Deletion ends access and starts deletion or anonymisation within reasonable technical periods. Some records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, safety, fraud prevention, reports or legal claims. Confirmation will be sent to the verified email address.
